Nat is Falmouth born and bread and is very proud to be from Kernow. He loves eating out and trying new food and from a young age aspired to be a food critic.
He lacked direction at school and he decided to go to Truro college to study cooking. This is where he really found his feet. He found that he had a knack for putting dishes together and coming up with interesting flavour combinations.
He worked as a kitchen porter while he was studying and he quickly moved up. He has now been a Chef around Cornwall in a selection of restaurants honing his craft and developing his own style of cooking.
