A Bit About the chef
Ever since I started out at fifteen as a pot-wash at my local eatery it had always been my dream to open my own restaurant. With the dedication and love of my family my dream became a reality in 2019. The opportunity arouse out of pure coincidence, but with four little people watching our every move my wife and I believed that working hard and building something from scratch were brilliant examples to set our kids.
We took over Oliver's in June 2019 and after a brilliant first six months took the plunge to change the name to Restaurant Four in the new year.
Food has always been my passion and I hope that this shines through in my cooking. I believe in good honest locally sourced ingredients speaking for themselves.My wife and I want everyone to have a brilliant time here, whether its a quick lunch to hide from the rain or a special occasion.
